The approximate owner share applies only to units enrolled in Atelier’s centralized rental program and is governed by the final Rental Program Agreement. Applicable third-party booking, distribution and payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and owner expenses may reduce net proceeds. No rental income, occupancy or return is guaranteed. Rental management and standard turnover cleaning are available only to centralized rental-program participants, subject to program scope and operating terms. Self-managed units and units outside the program are responsible for their own management, cleaning and related expenses.
